Artist Julia Chandler Lawing is a St. Simons Island native with brilliant talent. She creates gorgeous canvases of the coast and other beautiful places.
Julia synchronizes color and brushstroke to capture the essence of a moment and evoke emotion. Growing up in the Golden Isles instilled an appreciation for nature, light, and the wetland landscape in Julia. Her work is featured in public, private and corporate collections including Towne Bank and Georgia State University’s College of Law.
