Update to Tocal Photography Terms

We are always looking for ways to improve as we grow. Our goal is for you to experience success by promoting you and your business among tourists and locals alike! Our partnership is paramount to that success.
In order to continue to smooth the process leading to photoshoots each issue, we are sending some friendly reminders and updates. This will help you and our team have the same clear expectations throughout each stage of the issue.
After the initial purchase of your ad, someone from our Tocal team will contact you to discuss the upcoming issue.
Photo Concepts: We love to provide and brainstorm concept for your photoshoot. You may already know what you would like to showcase. We can also discuss what you would like to highlight for your business depending on the season of the issue.
A photographer will be assigned and will contact you to schedule a photoshoot.
Photoshoots should last approximately 15-20 minutes.
Be photo ready. If you or anyone on staff plan to be in the photo, please make certain to be photo ready. Consider your clothing, hairstyle, nails, jewelry, makeup and any other important items for the shoot.
Please arrive on time. Our photographers are very busy and likely have photoshoots scheduled after your session.
Once your session is complete. Photos will be edited and submitted to the Tocal editor.
Photos: You will be guaranteed 5 photos from the photoshoot that will be yours to use after the print launch of the magazine.
Some clients prefer to receive the dropbox link to choose the highlight photo for print. Sone clients prefer to receive a mock-up design along with the link to help with the decision making process. We are happy to comply with your preference!
You will be able to make edits to your graphic design page. We want you to love it!
Once your print design is approved, you are finished!
Launch Party with Wine & Appetizers! Each issue, we debut at Uncle Don's the evening before distribution. We announce the date of the launch party through e-newsletters, Instagram, and Facebook. It is a great networking opportunity!
